Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Priority Tracked Shipping: Faster dispatch — your order is prioritised over standard shipments.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@lustreglamour.co.za so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.

International Shipping We currently ship to South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
